Buyers Guides (Terms & Conditions)
To all the existing and new friends, we hope you have already read the Buyer Guides before you have placed your orders. By taking about two minutes to read, we believe it will definitely help in facilitate a long-term relationship, as well as to avoid any unnecessary conflicts between us. 1) The minimum amount of consumption is RM25.
2) A “Must Know” for Skynet Delivery/ Courier Service :-
Please make sure you have inspected your goods right in front of the delivery service personnel. In case there is any goods damaged or lack of delivery, Please call us immediately (phone number 012-4053021) before letting the delivery service personnel to leave. We shall ensure to give you the proper treatment, but not after you have signed the consignment note. We thank you for your cooperation. Should the delivery service personnel tell you to sign the consignment note first before you can open the parcel, just inform him that this is not the standard practice for receiving couriered parcels. Otherwise, the courier company will not compensate any loss incurred after you have acknowledged the consignment note! Furthermore, it would be useless for you to come to us for any compensation and we shall not responsible for your negligence in lieu of this matter! As we are selling our goods at pretty low prices, our profit margins are minimal and hence this is indeed a hard-earned money for us. Therefore we really hope for your kind understanding! If you wish to return/ make an exchange of your goods, please be informed that the return freight will be borne by you as well.
You must inspect your goods first before acknowledge the consignment note, otherwise it will be treated as you have given up your rights of getting compensation for any damaged goods/ loss in lack of delivery!!

3) A “Must Know” for Beautiful Skin Products :-
All the products sold are absolute genuine goods, and we do only sell genuine goods!!
In nowadays there are a lots of imitated cosmetics being sold online, and their profits are very high, but Mapleworld knows this is not a good strategy for long-term as business is mostly relying on repeated customers. Hence, Mapleworld is strictly not selling those imitated skincare products. To be honest, there is no point for you to use those so-called “branded” skincare products as their contents are mostly saturated, which may not be fully absorbed by our skins and it may also lead to over-dependency of these products by our skins should we use them for long-term. In our shop, we do sell the South Korea's most natural skin care products, hence we are comfortable in selling our products to you and at the same time you may rest assured to buy our products as well!!
4) A “Must Know” for Glamorous Jewelry :-
1) About the quality : All the jewelry we sold are imitated Japan & Korea jewelry, so there must be a difference in term of quality as compare to those genuine Japan & Korea Jewelry (there is a lot of difference in pricing as well), Given this, our jewelry may not fulfill the quality requirement of those perfectionists and friends with greater demanding, hence please consider carefully before you place the order. Thank you !
2) About the fading issues : many of us would ask, will the jewelry fade? The answer is definitely yes. Even the pure gold jewelry, without proper maintenance the colour would become dull and dark because of oxidation. Hence, it is easy for alloy to be faded if there is no proper maintenance as well. Hence please take note about this!
3) Given the difference in frequency of monitor display, as well as the difference in brightness and light sources, the colour difference between the display items and real goods is inevitable. Hence, for those friends who are very particular of colour and brightness, please consider carefully before you place the order as well.
Of course, we shall attach great importance to every of your impartial evaluation. We shall be grateful if you are giving us some good comments as result of your satisfaction while shopping with us. Yet nothing is always perfect in this world, should you have any dissatisfaction, please communicate with us first, as we believe we are able to resolve quickly any of your reasonable problems. Meanwhile, we are of opinion that by simply giving the bad assessment, it may not help in resolving the problems effectively. On the other hand, we shall accept any of humble criticism, yet sometimes there will be certain mistakes committed during works. However, we are very willing to assume responsibility. Should any problem arise, please put yourselves into the shoes of one another, then each of us will become calmer and more sincere and hence we believe that any problems can be smoothly resolved. We welcome those customers who are fair and tolerant, and maybe we can be good old friends in future as well. However, for those individual buyers who wish to achieve their own objectives by maliciously attacking the seller with the threats of negative feedback, we shall insist on our principle by counter-complaints until the end.
