Delivery Method
A : Through the way of direct collect of goods by buyers/ Mapleworld’s Personal Delivery Service to buyers(Restricted to Johor Bahru, Pekan Nenas and Pontian’s Buyers and for certain period of time only, for more details please contact 012-4053021)
B : Through the way of Skynet Courier Service to buyers :
1) Goods can only be effectively delivered to a normal recipient's address.
2) Once Mapleworld has confirmed the order is ready and your payment has been received, Mapleworld will commit to deliver your goods within two (2) working days.
3) Once we have sent out your goods, we shall keep you informed the relevant parcel tracking number through Email or SMS.
4) Attention! We shall not deliver your parcels to P.O. Box addresses, hotels and resorts.
5) Members must ensure that somebody is arranged to accept the goods at the address provided, otherwise please bear the consequences for not doing so.
6) West Malaysian members can choose to use Skynet Express service, but with additional cost incurred.
Delivery time for Skynet Express → 1-2 working days***

7) Due to certain unforeseen circumstances which might cause the delay in goods delivery, we hereby wish to clarify that there is no guarantee for you to receive goods in next day. After all, we are not the Express Company who is responsible in delivering your goods. So please be cleared about this.
8) Generally, public holidays or special holidays will definitely cause the delay in goods delivery.
The details of Skynet courier charges/ fees :-
1) For West Malaysia, the first 1 kg is RM7, with additional RM1 per kg subsequently.
2) For Pulau Langkawi, the first 1 kg is RM15, with additional RM3 per kg subsequently.
3) For East Malaysia, the first 1 kg is RM15, with additional RM13 per kg subsequently.
4) For Singapore, the first 500gm is RM40, with additional RM4 per every 500gm subsequently.
5) For other destinations, you may contact us via email to inquire the delivery charges.
*** As for East Malaysia and Singapore buyers, since the courier charges is very high we would suggest to deliver your goods via Pos Malaysia Parcel (about 1 to 2 weeks time) as it is more economical!
